1. Using the service
These terms apply to your use of the download4yt.live Discord bot. By using the bot, you agree to these terms and the EULA. If you do not agree, stop using the bot. You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements for your country and have the authority to agree to these terms.
2. Your content and permissions
Only request downloads of media you own, have permission to download, or are otherwise legally entitled to download. You are responsible for complying with applicable law, copyright, and the terms of the source platform. A publicly accessible URL does not by itself grant permission to copy or redistribute its content.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the bot for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, abusive automated requests, or attempts to disrupt the service. Do not bypass access controls or service limits. Server moderators must use moderation commands responsibly and in accordance with their server’s rules.
4. Requests and third parties
Download requests send the submitted URL, selected format, and quality to the download4yt.live API. Discord processes command interactions and replies. Download replies and some moderation results are visible in the channel where the command is used. Do not submit confidential URLs. Discord and source platforms have their own terms.
5. Availability and changes
Downloads depend on the external API, source media, and Discord. Formats, quality, processing times, and availability are not guaranteed. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Access may be restricted for misuse. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date; review the terms before continuing to use the service.
6. Responsibility and contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties, and the operator is not responsible for losses caused by unavailable downloads, third-party failures, or misuse of moderation commands.
